Sauna & Cold Plunge Guidelines
What should I bring into the sauna?
Wear your comfiest bathers and don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated. Most importantly, come with an open mind and be ready to get hot and cold.
We don’t recommend bringing watches, phones, and headphones into the sauna as they may overheat. If you bring your phone, leave it on the lower benches where it’s cooler (but still at your own risk). We have the time on display, so you know how long you are in the sauna or cold plunge for.
Remove all jewellery, as metal can get hot and burn your skin.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
We recommend around 15 minutes per session.
You can shorten your session based on personal comfort.
Want to know more about our cold plunge?
Our cold plunges are proudly Australian made by Fjord. Utilising an oversized 50sqft filter built for commercial volumes and a three-stage system combining ozone, UV, and high- capacity filtration to ensure crystal-clear water.
Do you have a designated time for quiet sessions?
At this stage, we do not offer a quiet-only sessions.
Aalto encourages the connection and sense of community with phones encouraged to be left with your belongings.
